We were in Hungary, in village Solymár. Exams were organized by Pannon team for search and rescue (Pannon Kutyás-Kutató Mentő Csapat).
Gunna and me competed at area search.
Judge were: obedience and searching: Detlef Kühn (Germany)
and dexterity: Jaroslav Gajdoš (Slovakia)
Organization was excellent. Area was middle dense. We searched on road which was a little bit uphill. From the left, there were middle underwood with dykes. From right was cleaaring and high grass with, from time to time, mixed wood.
That morning the wind didn't blow so maybe that's the reason why Gunna didn't smell one figurant in the middle from the left side. She was very motivated but I think to selfconfident, She went too far and to much without my corrections so we lost pretty of time. For me, it's sign that I must work on sendings left and right which is the most safe way how to search. We got 119 points for 3/4 figurants.
