The day of 16th of March 2008, my Club (KOSSP "Zagreb") was organizer of SAR exams and Competition in area search.
I competed with 9 candidates (6 from KOSSP and 4 from ERP Slovenia). After competing, I judged obedience in SAR exams of fiorst level. Andrej Stanovnik (SLO) judged searching in Competition and obedience and dexterity judged Ljubo Meglič (SLO). They were very correct.

We had very nice weather with lot of sun.

Area for searching was in Ježdovec. We had to find 3 figurants in 20 minutes at area 300X100. There was very dense and thorny bushes which was very hard to cross. The arrivals to figurants were all the time very hard. If I could give the mark from 1 to 5, I would give high 4. This type of terrain demand very independent dog and very smart conduct of dog handler. Also, twisting in letter "U" has its own demands in conducting.
Early in the morning, the wind was very strong but dense bushes stopped some wind so it was perfect.
Unfortunately, last 4 candidates had no such of luck because the wind was very weak. The sun was relatively high for this part of year so it reflected on all dogs without condition.
