Training
on Ig (near Ljubljana, Slovenia),
November
the 6th 2004 |
Thanks to Croatian and Slovenian Civil Guard
and contact with Vlado Gerbec, president of
slovenian rescue dogs, we had a chance for
training on Ig.
Ig is one huge drilling-ground for training
Slovenian Civil guard, Fire units, SAR handlers
etc. It has many variety of all needed elements:
from various devices and halls for seminars
till one big ruin made for people and dog training. |
| Ruin is real fantastic
(designed by Vlado Gerbec) and contain apsolutely
all elements which could be seen in real SAR
action: tunnels, floors, dark places, closed
places for decoys, different materials... The
most fascinating thing is that below the ruin
are many passages which makes many varieties
for hiding decoys. |
 Conserning
that our host had also trainings that day,
only handlers who went to exam next week, went
to Ig: Bruna with Gel, Sara
with Cap, Tanja with Miska and Tibor with Mav.
There was also Ana with Mona. And myself, of
course, with Gunna .-)

the decoy is hidden in closed place so the dog
can't reach him: |
