From 25th till 27th july 2003, part of the KOSSP-s rescuing team stayed in Seline (Starigrad-Paklenica) at sea. There, we made our first water training. We were surprised by our dogs because they all weren't show any difficulties iun the process of training. There wasn't any problems about entering into the sea or pulling "injured person" to the ground. I must confess that I expected some difficulties about it bit the dogs proved that they are more intelligent and capable for doing such kind of work then I thought.

In Seline, we met the Mountain rescuers whome decided to take the dogs also in their team (rough collie, croatian shepherd dog and labrador retriever). Since they are at the beggining of dog training, we showed them some basics. With theirs kindness, and modesty, they make to us our weekend more pleasant. I hope, we'll continue such kind of good company.
