GUNNA
On
the 20th of July 2002 I became a happy and
proud owner of little Border Collie bitch.
Gunna, which in Celtic means white
was born 25th May 2002 (between 10 others!)
and she came from Mawlch
Kennel of my Club friend Alen Marekovic.
Gunna shows real borders charasteristics:
she's playful and intelligent and she's
burning from wish to work. Her work potential is very high. Gunna adores to run and running for the bike, for her is the best thing in the world. In spite of telling of my friends that borders are all very dedicated to work (and I really believe to it but, perhapse, I'm subjective :-)), I think that Gunna is really special dog and that she's a big gift which I take all of the time I have her.
Anyway, Gunna's mom is Alen's bitch Mawlch

Wellemans dog, bred in Great Britain. They both came
from the best working lines and are excellent
working dogs. 
In my
Club KOSSP
Zagreb, with Gunna I train her to be Rescue dog. Gunna showed herself as great talent for SAR. She's very fast in searching in woods and in ruins showes very high level of concentration and ability of microlocation. She has passed the highest level of exams for searching in woods and in ruins (RH-FL/A,B I RH-T/A,B).
At 14th World Championship for SAR dogs, we won 5th place in area searching and at 16th (area search) 8th and 3rd asateam. In November 2008, Gunna also passed Mission Readiness Test and we got licence for world searching in world catastrophies for 3 years. So, with her 6 years, Gunna showed her as very talented SAR dog who can bare with the hardest chalenges both in woods and ruins.
I also trained agility from one year of her age and we're in highest A3 class. But, last two years, because of my personal obligations and more and more obligations in SAR work, I just can't train as much as I would. I'm sorry of that because she's also good in agility. She is great potential in agility: she's fast, concentrated and very easy to handle with whoever I want.
From time to time, we worked with sheep but for the same reason as for agility, it stand in second, I caould say in third plan. Whatever, she showed to be like her father in work with sheep: concentrated and calm :-)
At 10th month of her age, Gunna passed an
examination for companion dog (AO) with
excellent mark.
So, as you can see, she's really blessing for me even it's seems subjective :-)
